Studio III: Wodea

Wodea is a mixed-use building located in the French city of Montpellier. As the city continues to expand, it is essential to consider how the building can be designed to be sustainable and adaptive. This project emphasizes on the fundamentals of design, form and space. Due to the building being on the corner receives ample sunlight which can be beneficial or detrimental. The building has been designed to keep heat in or out by having plants as fencing and on the building itself. With the escalating concerns with rising global temperature, prioritize sustainability in design is crucial.
